Do you know your way around a phone, enjoy giving great service and is looking for a new challenge in a growing company with an international profile? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a French speaking Customer Care Representative for our client in Stockholm.
The main tasks for you will be to answer incoming phonecalls and emails from our client's French customers regarding all matters considering their parking services. You will be our client's ambassador and first point of for the customers who you will be in contact with daily. This includes customer support, handling of incidents and continuous administration of current issues. Your most important task will be to give the great service that all our client's customers deserve.
Customer Care is open weekdays, 8.00-17.00. This is a half-time position that will start September 1st. After 6 months a full-time position will be availiable.

ProfilTo be a good fit for this role you are service minded, responsible, can take own initiative and feel comfortable working with a telephone. You will naturally treat every customer in a great way and we believe that you have prior experience working in some sort of Customer Care. The pace can vary in the day of a Customer Care Representative and you are used to taking initiative to use the time efficiently when dealing with more intense periods as well as when to work load is lower.
Our client has customers in several different markets, including France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands to name a few. You will work in a team working with these markets, but your focus will be on France. Because of this, a requirement is that you speak fluent French as well as English for internal communications in the office. If you also speak Italian or Dutch this is highly beneficial but not a requirement.
