WTS has innovated, designed and developed Trax, a small personal GPS-tracker that can be monitored on an App or web interface. Trax is specifically designed for children 2-7 years old and pets. These users require a product that is small in size, lightweight and doesn't get in the way of play. Parents and pet owners require reliable products. Trax is designed with high quality components and smart technology that meet all the above requirements. Its appearance, features and functions are unique on the market.
We are now looking for two Customer Care Coordinators to support the needs of our customers.
Job description:
Your main task will be to support the customers through mail and phone, providing them with the best possible service.
Other tasks include small projects and administrative work.
You will receive a week of training to help you out and get you started.
Your schedule:
3day/week between Monday to Saturday.
From 16:00 to 22:00.

Profile:
• Secondary school education
• Previous experience in customer service work
• Proficient computer skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken French or German.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Positive and service minded
