On behalf of one of our customers we are now looking for a speaking French/English helpdesk co-worker.

We are a smaller company giving direct service in recruiting personal to companies on a personal basic. It should be easy and enjoyable for both candidates and companies to work together. We guarantee the highest quality throughout the process. We operate primarily in the Øresund region, but also outside this area if needed for specific requirements.

Duties:

In the role of a helpdesk employee you will help customers with IT/ telecom-related issues such as password reset and synchronization of e-mail and cell phone. Email and phone is your primary work tool.

Examples of tasks:

• Create and track customer issues

• Work to maintain the respective teams set service levels

• Implement and follow up, proactive work in various forms

• Actively participate in business development.

We offer:

The assignment is part of our staffing business, which means you will be employed by Joblink but you will be working at our client in Lund/Malmö.

Start: Immediately. Full-time for at least 6 months. Possibility of extension

Who are you?:

We believe that you have previous experience in working with customer services, preferably with an IT / telecom / technical profile. You have experience in Microsoft based technologies and Windows products, and knowledge of servers and network and AD (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, AD). It is an advantage if you are educated in IT.

It is very important that you are a communicative person and talented for managing customer relationships via telephone and e-mail. As a person you could work under pressure are positive, energetic as well as service mined and responsible. Speaking and writing French / English fluently is required. If you can speak Swedish, it is meritorious.
