As a Customer Support at Keystone Education Group you are mainly responsible for helping our clients receive the best possible user experience. You will make sure that questions and issues regarding the booking made in our education portal are received and answered in a timely and professional manner.
Further, the role includes customer service and creating tutorials and instructive material for coworkers as well as facilitating knowledge sharing within the different teams in our company.
In this role you will also participate in projects outside the scope of FindCoursesPRO/topformation.fr - such as qualification of education providers, implementation of new customers and providers, client support workshops, team building activities and development of routines and enhanced products in the Client Content & Support-team.

Responsibilities:
Client Services:
Client support - answering incoming service tickets and questions via our service hub Freshdesk, email and phone.
Handle booking requests and reminders.
Invoicing.
Publish new educations to our education portal.
Approve incoming reviews.
Follow up course attendance.
Implementation of new customers.
Keep the information on the clients site updated and functional.
Creating pedagogical tutorials, webinars and guides for clients.
Together with responsible sales person keep a good relationship with our customers and listen to their needs and expectations.
Basic knowledge in different legal matters regarding booking & payment terms and clients agreements.
Knowledge sharing:
Is active and contributes with knowledge, input and ideas on joint meetings.
Involved in onboarding processes of new employees and provides important documents and notes.
Ensures that the documents and templates are up to date and available.
Required competences:
Native Speaker in French.
You are well organized and service minded.
Ability to teach and mentor.
Solution oriented and flexible.
Excellent communication skills and ability to supply our customers and suppliers with information in a pedagogical way.
A good technical knowledge and ability to adapt new technical systems.
