Your main task is to work as chef with a French á la carte menu and a Scandinavian lunch menu. You will also work with the grill as well as create weekly buffets and special buffets for special events. You will work both weekends, evenings and in the day time depending on season and the needs of our guests.
You are educated as chef at a vocational university or similar institution. You have minimum five years work experience with French cuisine
Knowledge of the grill is necessary. You speak and read English well.
Le Pain Francais is Goteborg's leading French restaurant. The cuisine is French with a touch of Scandinavia. Our company started in 1995 as a combined cafe, bakery and patisserie, but expanded in 2013 into the restaurant business. As of today, Le Pain Francais has two popular restaurants: LPF Bistro and LPF Brasserie, in the centre of Goteborg. LPF Bistro is four floor food palace located on he main street in Goteborg, Kungsportsavenyen. It is a mix of restaurant, bar, cafe and nightclub. LPF Bistro was in 2014 several times listed as one of the best designed restaurants in the world. LPF Brasserie is a smaller restaurant situated on Östra Larmgatan 20 in the heart of Goteborg. It combines restaurant, bar and cafe. The menus of LPF Bistro and LPF Brasserie are the same.
