Randstad Technologies are now looking for a French speaking support technician for a long term assignment with one of our clients. Here you will be supporting issues related to IT and applications. You will be part of a friendly team with a lot of support in your on boarding and development.
This is a perfect position for someone who is interested in IT and has a background in customer service or technical support. Now you can start your career in IT!
As a support technician you will receive tickets from a ticketing system, calls or email. Our client has a structured way of working which includes guides, knowledge database and documentation.
The working hours are 8-17 and it is possible to work from home for two days a week once you are settled in.

To support end users remotely and onsite with IT-related issues.
To ensure that tickets are documented and administered.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position you need to be fluent in French and English and have experience in support or customer service. You need to have worked with a CRM or a ticketing system where you can track tickets or requests.
We also need you to have an interest in IT and a desire to learn more in this field.
We put a lot of emphasize on personal suitability and are particularly looking for structured people with attention to detail, an excellent service mind ness and good cooperation skills. Being curious and humble are also desired traits.
