DSV's domestic department in Jönköping is now looking for a new star for its team! Are you an energetic person with great drive and commitment to the transport industry? Then you might be the person we are looking for!
What does a day at work look like?
As a Freight Forwarder in the domestic department, no two days are the same. Overall, you are responsible for planning and managing the movement of our customers goods. It is a high-tempo work and a day full of challenges. As traffic manager at DSV's Part load department you have the responsibility for your own results and have your own budget to work towards.
In detail, the duties include:
* planning, booking and monitoring goods
* cost-effective problem solving
* financial monitoring and responsibility for traffic
* daily contact with customers and suppliers
* coordination of information to specific customers regarding loading and unloading
Who are you?
In order for you to thrive in the role, we believe that you have previous experience in freight forwarding. To thrive and fit into our team, we believe that you have a great sense of responsibility and feel a pride in your work. You are used to working independently, are inventive and not afraid to try new solutions. You should also be service minded enough for it to be easy for you to support customers with various issues that may arise along the way. In order to manage the tasks, you also need to have a good habit of working in the the Office package's programs as well as being confident in expressing you self in both Swedish and English.
