The Freeze-Drying Specialist will support recipe development, process scale-up, troubleshooting of products and processes, and procurement of new equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
• PhD, Pharmacist degree, Medical Technology Engineering degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience from working in regulated environment, eg GMP.
• Experience from validation activities.
• Experience in freeze-drying recipe development and process scale-up.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in office, laboratory, and production environments
