We are looking for a Freelance Creative Director who is motivated to use hers/his overall expertise, guidance and creativity to extenuate the work of our amazing Creative Director and to ensure that creative team members work together like a well-oiled machine.

As a Freelance Creative Director, you are a passionate individual who strive to constantly improve and who is updated on Fashion trends. Interior design would be a plus in your case. Your creative goals are set extremely high and you are the best in your field. You have a genuine interest in communication and marketing and keeping up the pace is what you are the best at.

A positive attitude, honesty, andhumility are characteristics we value highly.

Also, flexible hours are something you are used to.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies

• Provide moodboard, suggestions and overall vision
• Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, head of merchandising, graphic designers and Creative Director

• Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral

• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
• Work as a stylist
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
• Prepare call sheets and shoot lists
• Insure results at high possible quality and time frame

Skills And Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the field
• Strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools, such as lightroom
• Experience from establishing successful brand/designer collaborations

• Experience as a Stylist

• Experience from working in a larger organization (preferably international)

• You have excellent communication skills and you have the ability to inspire, explain and in a clear way express your thinking

• You are analytical and you have the ability to distinguish upcoming relevant trends

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Availability to travel
