Credit and Fraud Risk Management is in the core of Klarna's products. The Credit Risk division is responsible for controlling fraud and credit risk, minimizing data costs, and maximizing approval rate and revenues. Klarna strives to have customers shop anywhere, anytime with minimal hassle which requires a sound understanding of each individual customer - this is where you come in.

Within the Credit Risk Department, the Fraud Detection team's job is to analyze, review and detect fraudulent behaviour and make sure that we stop fraud at the door. As a Fraud Agent you will specialize in using our methodology and tools to prevent payments fraud and credit abusive behaviours. You will work individually and with the team to identify patterns in the user behavior and turn these patterns into decisions, variable leads and automatic rule sets.

We are looking for an analytical person with great talent who is looking for a challenging job with a technical touch. We place great importance on how well you fit into the organization, analytical skills, detail orientation and your technical interest.

You

• Have a strong ability to process large sets of information and detect anomalies

• Have excellent analytic skills

• Have a technical interest and have done some programming

• Are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

• Enjoy to work under pressure in a high pace operational environment
