We work alongside our customers to build a new generation of equipment and systems - we modernize and build new products in Sweden and around the world. In your work, you are involved in implementing product development projects and/or carrying out delivery projects. Our customers are typically well known international Swedish and global companies in medtech, industry, energy, moving machines and telecom sectors. Their base is very diverse, thus, the operating models and methods in our projects vary.
In your role, you are responsiblefor development of FPGA solutions to our customers.We offer diverse and interesting projects in many fields of technology from telecommunications and industry to the defense and security sector. We develop about one hundred different electronic devices every year, and an increasing number of them also involve FPGA implementation.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a few years of experience from the industry and good VHDL skills as well as knowledge and tools' experience of commonly used FPGA vendors (Xilinx, Intel). It is beneficial, if you hold a M.Sc./B.Sc. degree in information technology, electronics, or a similar field of study. You will benefit from Verilog expertise and an understanding of the basics of HW and SW design.
Moreover, you will ensure your success with your proactive, self-guided and systematic approach towards your work. You know how to find solutions and overcome challenges. You are a team player with a customer-oriented approach and good communication skills in written and spoken English. You do not have to be an expert in everything, the Etteplan team is there to support you!
