hela Sverige The Institute of Health and Care Sciences offers a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programs as well as individual academic courses within the first and second cycle of higher education. Basic training courses for nurses and radiographers lead both to a professional degree and a bachelor's degree. Training of midwives and specialist nursing with different orientations are professional registration in combination with master's degree. All professional programs lead to professional registration. Moreover, courses are offered at the advanced level, which give opportunity for continued studies to a master's degree in one of the institute's main topics; nursing, reproductive and perinatal health, radiography and health care pedagogics. The institute offers a postgraduate program leading to a PhD degree in Health Care Sciences.
SPECIFIC SUBJECT DESCRIPTION: In nursing, the knowledge about health and a good life is developed despite illness and/or disability and a peaceful and dignified death. In nursing, it is not illness nor disability, but people's experiences, interpretations and reactions to illness and diseases that is the focus. JOB ASSIGNMENTS: Process-oriented supervision in nursing in the Nursing- and Nursing programme in Radiography.
ELIGIBILITY: The qualifications for academic positions are given in Chapter 4, Section 3 - 4 of the Higher Education Ordinance. To be elibible for the employment a person must demonstrate both pedagogical skills and have completed University education at the least advanced level and have qualification as a registered Nurse. Professional supervision in health care corresponding to 30 credits or equivalent. ASSESSMENT: Regulations for the evaluation of qualifications for academic positions are given in Chapter 4, Section 3 - 4 of the Higher Education Ordinance. First assessment criterion is pedagogical skills that are evaluated based on the applicant's own experience of leading groups in process-oriented supervision. Second assessment criterion is current Clinical experience. The candidate is expected to teach in Swedish.
