Stayhard is a fast-growing company and a multi-award winning success story. Today, we are conducting web sales to customers in 28 countries. The company is based in Viared, outside Borås, and has been part of the Nordic region's leading e-commerce group in Fashion and Home Decoration - Ellos Group since 2014.

Stayhard seeks you with a burning interest in photography, where you will mainly work with product photography on model for our e-commerce, as well as campaigns for site, social media, newsletters, external campaigns and other inspiration to our customers.

There is an extra plus if you have knowledge in creating and editing film.

You have a great interest in the art of photo and moving images, digital communication and contemporary trends, and like to work, and contribute to world-class results, in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business where best arguments always win. You are in the middle of, or can clearly identify yourself with our customer target group. That will say, you move in one way or another in the modern, urban, man's footsteps (18-35 years) and keep an eye on what is happening in the world around him. You have previously worked as a photographer for at least a couple of years and have experience in both retouching and studio photography and everything in terms of lighting, image compression, retouching etc.

Qualities

- You have a strong interest in fashion & lifestyle photography as well as e-com and confidence in creating product and creative content for the brand.

• Work well in a fast paced environment with quick turnarounds and deadlines.

• Team player.

• Keen leaner and wants to develop as a creative.

Skills

• Full understanding and know how of professional standard cameras.

• Proficient with studio and lighting equipment. Must know various lighting setups and understand the nature of light.

• Proficient with CaptureOne and Photoshop.

• Skilled in Photoshop and able to deliver industry standard post production / retouching for editorials and campaigns.

• Experienced on set and understand production logistics.

Bonus Skills

- Video and editing.

• Creative direction.

We create most of our material in our own studio at the headquarters in Viared, Borås, where you spend most of your working hours, but in additional to that campaigns shoots on other locations occurs during the year. You will be part of a creative studio team working on photo, film, campaigns, graphics etc. where the entire team has a shared responsibility to contribute.

The service is a permanent employment of 80-100% with a location in Borås, starting as quickly as possible, with a view to possible notice period. Portfolio is required
