Open Position as Sales Manager/Commercial Director
GASPOROX is seeking a Sales Manager to become the main responsible for GASPOROX' sales of measurement instruments and sensors for quality assurance of food packages as well as sales of customer specific projects and establishing OEM agreements.

GASPOROX develops, manufactures, and sells measurement instruments and services for gas measurement inside packages, focusing on food and pharma packages packed with so called protective atmosphere (modified or controlled atmosphere, MAP).

At our office in Lund we are now offering a permanent position as Sales Manager to a drifty person with strong sales skills. The company is currently in an intensive phase of development, both with regard to technology and market & sales.

Personal Characteristics
As the Sales Manager of GASPOROX you are expected to market and sell the products and services of GASPOROX, establish connections with markets and customers, be responsible for establishing and maintaining our network of distributors, and take responsibility for the sales goals of the company.

You will work independently and plan your own work, but in close cooperation with the rest of the team working with business development and technology development.

The GASPOROX product typically consists of a laser technology platform from our technical partner which we adapted to the packaging application. Either, sensors are sold as OEM, or are integrated in complete inspection systems.

The position will include much travelling.

Success in this role requires skills/good knowledge/experience in:
• Marketing and sales of technology.
• Language skills in Swedish, English, and preferably at least one more language.
• Coordinating, organizational, and goal oriented skills.
• Good communication skills.
• General technology knowledge and interest.
• Pedagogical skills (education of distributors and customers).

Preference will be given to those with experience in at least some of the following areas:
• Work with distributors.
• Business negotiations and contracts (preferably with international distributors).
• Sales of customer specific projects.
• Business within food or packaging business.
• Business within gas monitoring or measurement methodology.

We believe that the successful candidate has a university degree in business and/or technology. Relevant work experience and documented performance after graduation in industry or academia is necessary.

Such an individual should be flexible with an attitude to always support where it is needed to the company and look for solutions and not problems. The work at a small growing company entails the need of being responsible of planning and executing own activities and coordinating the team within the area of responsibility. We seek a team player with good communication skills that collaborate well with the GASPOROX team as well as our partners and customers.
