 Position:
We are looking for a sales executive with experience in export and international sales for our office in Stockholm.
The service involves a personnel of ten employees in selling roles, and active work with the development of salespeople's skills and routines of Cale's sales processes. You will manage long sales cycles, management and development of business relationships/contracts with distributors. Together with the CEO, you are ultimately responsible for the relationship to Cale's subsidiaries.
To assume this role requires that you have experience of selling systems and public procurement on an international level. You have at least five years experience in senior positions and you are used to assign and delegate tasks and responsibilities. It is important that you understand that this role involves a large number of travel days per year. 
The one we are looking for:
You have a proven track record of previous work as Sales Manager
You have experience of working internationally and comfortable in the running processes in English
As a person you are structured and used to drive the development of sales processes
Experience in building and managing international distributors is an asset
Fluent Swedish in speaking and writing
Fluent English in speaking and writing (corporate language) Other language skills are an advantage 
Education:
We prefer that you are a degree in business administration or engineering or equivalent
