About this position
We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth based in Stockholm with deep excitement for both customers and riders. Your main job is to be able to find the growth levers for the company. Lead the experimental marketing initiatives and A/B testing. You will be working closely with stakeholders across the entire organisation to ensure outstanding growth performance. In your position as Head of Growth at Vembla you will have the unique opportunity to reshape how groceries are being purchased, packed and delivered. As an early joiner, you will be able to define how our future cross-functional teams work together and be part of building an outstanding product that will be the future of online grocery deliveries.

Job Description
You take ownership of growth and marketing vertical.
You create and own the execution & delivery of growth experiments, constant AB tests and user acquisition.
You influence the company's direction and help shape the future of the growth and product team.
You are accountable for monitoring and improving your team's KPI.
You create trust with your team members, stakeholders and leadership team by ensuring constant proactive communication.
You create outstanding product quality and value by identifying growth possibilities and turning them into AB tests with proven results.
You help grow the product team.

Qualifications
You have 5+ years growth, online marketing and product marketing experience with mobile apps with several successful cases in similar industries.
You have an experience leading a growth team using growth frameworks.
You are an expert in Facebook ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat and TikTok ads (mobile app install campaigns)
You know everything about MMPs, product analytics and ASO services (Appsflyer, Amplitude, Firebase, Appfollow etc.)
You are familiar with SKAD network ios tracking and web-to-app mobile app install campaigns.
You are a problem solver who cares deeply about growth possibilities and delivering value.
You know how the product works - from backend requests to analytics tables.
You know how to get the data you need and translate them into actionable insights.
You are familiar with hypothesis-driven experimentation.
You have prior experience in a hyper growth startup environment.
You can lead with influence, not with authority.
You have a strong bias for action with a hands on mentality and stress resistant attitude
You are resourceful, a self starter and have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
You are able to calmly and confidently communicate with all levels of the organization.
You are fluent in English.

A plus
Experience in Web SEM and PPC marketing
You are proficient in SQL or similar database languages.
