hela Sverige We are looking to hire a talented and committed Forensic Tester to be part of the Micro Systemation Support team.
The Support Team provides 24/7 support of our software and systems to all of our customers via telephone, email and web forum. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing their skills to validate new devices which have been requested by the Development Department and to assist with resolving technical problems identified by customers. In support of our Technical Support Engineers you will be providing the critical validation of digital forensic results from our mobile device extraction tool XRY. You will need to be both very thorough and have an eye for detail.
Candidates must be motivated and self-disciplined to work on a series of complex test routines against large quantities of varying mobile devices. You should possess a customer service focus and the ability to communicate issues within your team to ensure the appropriate levels of response are allocated. Success in this position can only be achieved through an analytical approach to device support, good communication and documentation skills, and the internal motivation to drive projects and deliver results. This is a great opportunity to expand your technical horizons in a dynamic setting with the opportunity to develop and progress anywhere within the Development Department, should you demonstrate the correct skills.
Skills / Experience required:
• Digital Forensic educated
• Communication skills in English and Swedish (written and verbal)
• Experience of Windows systems support and administration
• Experience from the Mobile phone or Data forensics is an advantage
• Populating data into databases and a detailed eye for accuracy
• Providing technically accurate information to staff and customers
• Checking details and documentation for improvement and updates and analysing data logs
• Motivated by solving problems, putting energy in sourcing new information and performing product research
