In 2016, ÅF in Sweden initiated a project to attract and recruit newly immigrated engineers. Since then, 100 trainees have been taken on, and almost all of them employed. We're now looking for a fresh group of brave, devoted team players, keen for an opportunity to work in a global company with many possibilities and exciting challenges.
We're looking for experienced engineers with genuine interest in:

Who are you?
You are a trained engineer with a good grasp of spoken and written English. Any knowledge of Swedish would be an advantage. As a person, you demonstrate drive, commitment and a sense of responsibility. You are a team player who enjoy learning new skills and sharing knowledge.
