hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Rocker AB (publ) i Stockholm Our team has a position open for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner who understands how to build products efficiently by managing agile methodologies, how to build a strong business case by using data, and how to work collaboratively with different teams across the organization to ensure we are building world-class products our customers will love.
You think strategically with a can-do attitude and have knowledge and interest in supporting decisions with KPIs. You will have responsibility for the entire scope of the product ranging from setting the strategy, managing partnerships with Blocket and similar services in neighboring countries with our legal team, and driving the success of Rocker Pay as we continue to expand this exciting product! You will have an opportunity to work closely with different services and features in the Rocker App and will be interacting with many different teams across the company.
What you'll do:
• Plan and manage workflow with your team of Backend Developers using Agile Methodologies
• Research, initiate and take ownership of all aspects of your product's business model
• Collaborate with Designers, UX Designers and Frontend Developers to ensure your ideas create positive lasting impressions for our customers
• Gather and analyze user insights to ensure we are building the best products and improving them with the right features
• Manage a set of constantly changing priorities in a high paced environment
What you'll need:
• Experience building user-friendly consumer-facing products online and online consumer products
• Strong understanding of user behaviors, specifically regarding personal finances
• Proven track record scaling up products and user bases quickly
• Extensive experience in managing a product organization (designers, developers and other stakeholders within the organization)
• Excellent analytical skills for fast-paced decision making
• Academic degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant area
• Entrepreneurial personality with strong customer, product and business thinking
• Fluent Swedish AND English
