hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2014-10-24Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are seeking candidates for a position to manage in-house process development to work on improving processes for the production and formulation of reduced calorie chocolate base and confectionery products. Responsibilities will include hands-on technical oversight of small-scale manufacturing activities as well as preparation of technical reports to summarize optimization efforts. The position will involve problem solving and product optimization studies to achieve cost effectiveness and improved product quality. Occasional travel will be required. In addition, the position will also have responsibility for defining the scope of work and evaluating proposals of CMOs for new projects, which may include developing chocolate based stevia product line for emerging markets. A superior understanding of process development, analytical characterization, and GMP manufacturing is required, preferably relating to application of intense sweeteners and flavor enhancers in chocolate and confectionery products.
Utbildning och erfarenhetMasters degree in Food Science or other relevant discipline and a relevant PhD or equivalent completed doctor?s degree in applied sciences. - High motivation for applied research in chocolate base and confectionery products - Professional competence in laboratory scale chocolate production - Excellent English, French or Swedish knowledge - Strong data and time organization/management skills with attention to detail and desire to achieve team and individual goals - Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines We offer a pleasant working atmosphere in a quickly developing company, an attractive place of work as well as contemporary conditions of employment
