What will you do?
As Food Development Manager for the Scandinavian area, you will have the overall responsibility for food quality and safety standards from gate to plate, ensuring our offer is in line with the company strategies. You will assist in devising new menus and implement across our range of concepts and work with the onboard teams to deliver consistency. You will be an integral member of our food development team and contribute to the optimisation of quality and cost control across the business.
Not two days will be the same; this is not your normal 9 to 5. The position will also involve regular European travel.

You are used to managing multiple projects and are a skilled negotiator - you know how to get it your way. The must-have's:
• Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a branded environment
• A trained chef with experience of running a restaurant business
• Good IT skills, used to working with MS Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
