In addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting facilities, we operate two F&B outlets and our auditorium as an event location.

You are a natural leader that leads by example, builds, and maintains effective relationships with the Team and Management.
To thrive with us we see that you enjoy and want to:
Provide and ensure great guest service in our different F&B outlets in line with Hilton service standards
Take ownership of the floor during shifts in collaboration with the kitchen team.
Be embedded in the daily operation to drive team performance and to lead by example at all times.
Provide exceptional organizational advice and guidance to the team on the floor.
Assist in training and development of the F&B team.
Ensure effective communication within the team as well as with colleagues from other departments by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
Qualifications - What are we looking for:
Experience working within a food & beverage department in a larger hotel or similar. Beneficial with some bar and a la carte experience.
You might be ready to take on your first supervisory role or have worked in a supervisory role for a few years.
A hotel management/service degree or similar is beneficial.
Able to communicate in both Swedish and English.
You enjoy a flexible working schedule including a mix of evenings and daytime as well as weekends.
