Do you want to lead the global FI Pillar in Packaging Solutions Supply Chain?
The Focused Improvement Master Pillar leader drives global performance improvement, loss intelligence and FI Pillar methodology/tools usage.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and reports to the Director World Class Manufacturing & Quality.
What you will do
As a Manager Focused Improvement Master Pillar, you will:
Set yearly targets and long-term ambition on global KPIs (reliability, efficiency, utilization)
Drive global losses deployment for central projects prioritization
Define and maintain standard loss codes structure for TEE/OEE/EE/Process Waste including compliance follow-up
Develop training material and deliver trainings on FI methodology and tools
Actively coordinate and promote best practice sharing globally
Maintain FI pillar maturity guide, pillar reference guide and related information on WCM Sharepoint
Collaborate with other Master Pillars on methodologies and improvements
Drive or support factory WCM audits based on need
Drive or support global improvement projects as needed
Who you are
As a person, you must have a strong analytical approach. You must be good at managing stakeholders across geographies and influencing without formal authority. Your communication skills must be excellent.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in factory operations including experience in leading the FI pillar. You have practically applied WCM methods/tools and successfully lead improvement teams. Knowledge of P2, SAP BO/BI, PowerBI and advanced Excel is a must.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
