What you'll do?As a FMEA moderator you will be part of a crossfunctional team where you will have the main responsibility for planning, reporting and performing actual work within FMEA.
In more detiled you are expected to perform:
• Moderation of workshops for targeted efforts within FMEA areas
• Presentation of the D/F/(P)-FMEA Methodology and status to the customer in Projects
• Moderation and actual contributions of the update of the D/F-FMEA
• Regular communication with other FMEA moderators within theorganization to share experiences
• Participation and coordination contribution of the D/F/P-FMEA methodology and requirements within the organization.
• Responsible for creating and adapting the standard D/F-FMEA to customer projects
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams (system, development, HW. Etc)
• Tracking FMEA and updating FMEA timelines together with the Project team
• Customer presentations, contact with customers (OEMs) and the developers in multinational Environment
• Preparing and handling of documentations related to Functional Safety
• Mentoring for the organsiation within FMEA methodology
What you'll bring?As a person you are analytic and like to work structured and systematic. You probably had roles in the past as SW/HW/System enigneer or architect and you are very familiar with embedded systems.
To succeed in this role you probably have:
• Master of Science or Bachelor's degree or equivalent within electronics, software, Physics, IT engineering, system engineering or similar
• Minimum of 2 years FMEA Methodology, moderator and presenting experience
• Training of FMEA methodology and software
• Performed implementation, and moderations of project based FMEAs
• Performed compliance with predefined methods and ensure the formal validity of the FMEAs
• Secured the FMEA interface to the customer and supplier
• Performed feedback of lessons learned from 8D during FMEAs
• Monitored progress of FMEA projects
• Developet documentation, release, and archiving of FMEAs
• Understanding of embedded system development
• Several years' experience in the production/planning/quality assurance
• Knowledge of Automotive Systems
• Experience in product development
Your personal profile should be:
• Service minded attitude with a good feeling for structure
• Customer focus and an ability to work in teams as well as independently
• Good presentation and communications skills in English and Swedish
• Outstanding critical and analytical thinking
• Experience in dealing with international teams
• Excellent English
If you also have experience in below areas it's highly meriting:
• Experience with FMEA software, preferably APIS IQ‐Software
• Ensuring consistency between Product and process FMEAs
• Moderate characteristic classification
• Moderate FMEAs across many locations
• Creation of reusable FMEA modules
• Creation and distribution of FMEA evaluations
• Established knowledge of FMEA methodology (AIAG, VDA)
• You are qualified FMEA moderator
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate & mentor the cross-functional FMEA teams both nationally and internationally.
