Organizes, supervises and checks the appropriate recording and accounting of the company's operations and the timely and correct compliance with all tax obligations.
Is responsible for all the financial reporting to the headquarters, monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Is responsible to ensure and analyze the key information in due time and manner to have a real picture of the situation of the company.
Is directly involved in the daily operations: invoicing, purchases, imports, sales administration, stocks control, staff cost control, banks, credit control, etc.
Analyzes and follows up profitability, margins and results of the company.
Manages the administration of HR issues such as: doing the payroll, coordinate hiring and contracts.
Is the main contact for legal advisors and external consultants to coordinate any administrative issue affecting the company.
Reporting to the General Manager, the position is responsible for all the finance, administration, treasury, tax declaration, legal and human resources proper operations, being directly involved in its execution.
About You:
The ideal candidate have a Degree in Economical Science, Finance, Major Accounting, Business Administration or similar educational background complemented with courses in accounting, taxes, cost controlling, auditing, etc.
3-5 years? experience in budgeting, cost controlling, follow up and analytics. Advanced user of Excel spreadsheets, and experience with MOVEX, Hyperion and Cognos will be a plus.
