Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.



Production and Logistics is a global organization consisting of about 20000 employees. Globally we have15 HR-functions organized within the line organization that are coordinated via Head of People and Culture - Production and Logistics.

At Scania we currently work decentralized within HR. In the coming years we will implement an operating model supported by a global HR system that will demand more common ways of working. In order to secure an efficient and united interface with the central People Services organization, we are now creating a new role - Flow coordination manager, reporting to Head of People and Culture Production and Logistics.

Your responsibility:

• Through existing forums act as an uniting interface and catalyst between the HR-functions in the line organization and central HR expert departments
• Act as a driving force in coordinating HR-oriented development projects in close cooperation with the business development function and the production units
• Coordinate common issues in dialogue with the unions in Sweden
• When needed, represent the Sweden perspective in the global HR-team within Production and Logistics

To succeed in the role:

We are looking for you that have a solid experience of operative HR-work in combination with a strategic ability. We also believe that you are very good at building relations and teams in order to reach the right result. You are a good listener that holds great integrity. In addition you possess good knowledge in Swedish and English both in speech as well as in writing.
