OD - Order to Delivery within Scania are responsible for delivering the right product according to the customer need. Within this area we are responsible for order intake, export handling, invoice and delivery - for all of the Scania products. Our target is - with stabile and controlled processes and by continuous improve - create basis for flow optimization and lead time reduction.

Our work in the Flow - Order to delivery - generates increased delivery precision as well as reduced lead times throughout the complete process - from order intake to delivered product to customer.

To the OD department we are now looking for a Flow Control Project Manager!

Your assignment
You will start up and manage multiple project and assignments in parallel. The commonality is understanding our logistics flow and developing the same. Flow optimization and standardization of processes and implementation anywhere in the O2D process globally. Your work contains a lot of cross functional cooperation and travelling with and to all parts of Scania. Basis are understanding the flow by aggregating data, analysing, executing change and keeping close contact with all participants within the flow.

The projects are market specific, but there is also great need of coordinating these projects within making sure that all participants within the Flow are working according to set standards and routines.

Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with university degree within Logistics/Supply chain or similar, and at least 5 years' work experience of operative and/or improvement work within this area. You also have a proven record as a Project Manager.

You should have a great passion for your work, be interested in continuous improvements and have experience from SPS/SRS or similar. You are confident in an international environment and can handle multiple tasks and challenges in parallel. It is a plus if you are familiar with an additional language additional to Swedish and English.

As a person you have leader ambitions, with a great distinction, and a very good motivation and communication skill. You have a personal engagement and ability to execute and drive projects forward. Cooperation is necessary and comes easy but also the ability to be individual at times. You are further keen on taking responsibility , reaching set targets and delivering at set time with highest quality. Thereto you have good system knowledge and experience, and handles office package very well.
