Fulfilment Availability & Support
Take overall accountability and direct responsibility for a high-performing Fulfilment Availability and Support organisation from an end-to-end perspective. Contribute to a seamless customer fulfilment process by managing flow and capacity, secure product availability at all times and secure an optimal utilisations of our network for customer orders. This by always adding value to the customer proposition and contributing to profitability.
ABOUT YOU
We believe you have a desire to understand the complexity of IKEA business, the customer and co-worker needs and influence the improvement of the business with a focus on customer and co-worker satisfaction, financial business performance and compliance. In addition you are passionate about leading business through people and having a strong belief in the potential of every individual. You also feel inspired by the IKEA vision, values and culture.
To be successful in this role you need a university degree (Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management) or 5-7 years of experience and proven performance in the same fields. In addition you bring 3-5 years of solid managerial experience within a matrix or high volume organisation, proven senior management working experience in strategic business development.
You have knowledge in following areas:
• broad business understanding: extensive understanding of key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach; knowledge on how to design and implement value adding KPI-s
• very good understanding of how the commercial priorities impact the customer journey and the costs of CFF; strong financial competence and understanding of the financial impact on total network
• excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets
• strong market intelligence: applies market knowledge to achieve organisational goals and objectives; include market specifics in decision-making process
• change and project management and leading in the unknown/exploring
• stakeholder management: deep knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
• collaborative mind set building relationships both within and outside the organisation and a high level of influence and personal impact by using excellent communication and negotiation skills
In addition you have a strong collaborative mind set and have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and outside the organisation. You have the ability to identify need and drive change to accomplish effective solutions. Finally you have the ability to notice and size profitable business opportunities and make the most of it.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role you will strategically lead and develop the CFF Availability and Support agenda, design and build up of the new A&S organisation to ensure that the IKEA Group direction and strategies are realised.
