What you will do

You will act as Subject matter expert for flow simulation located in our headquarter in Gothenburg. You will own and secure standardized way of working with flow simulation by identifying and driving actively towards best practices. In this role, as well as other roles within our Manufacturing Engineering business unit, you can have potential opportunities to take on international assignments for our other global manufacturing sites

You will also:
* Use Plant Simulation to create and study process flow models and analyse models coming from suppliers.
* As a member of the VCM Flow Simulation network lead the implementation and continuous improvement within ME of the flow simulation software including methods and way of working.
* Contribute in manufacturing and logistics process development.
* Support development and maintain technical strategies within the area.
* Produce background material for cost and investment efficient solutions by means of lean simulations
* Participate in internal and external simulation networks.

Do you fit the profile?
* The expert has a unique and highly specialized competence related to the subject on which the expert as role is applied.
* Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
* Several years of experience in manufacturing processes.
* Several years of experience in flow simulation and programming (preferably Plant simulation).
* Strong communication and interaction skills
* Ability to organize and prioritize own work and to manage multiple tasks
* Willingness to travel and work internationally.
* Working experience in an international and diverse environment is a plus
