hela Sverige Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic is now looking for a Floor manager to join our operations in Umeå. Vattenfall Customer Service provides premium customer care for all Vattenfall B2C and B2B customers in the Nordic area. We create loyalty, growth and gives customer insights to internal clients for further business development.
As Floor manager you are a leader with the responsibility to make sure that our teams within Customer Service operations have a high performance level in terms of quality, service, productivity, sales, and cost control. You are responsible for the working conditions and managerial structures according to Customer Service? policies and guidelines, as well as the leadership development and culture on the floor. In this role you will be part of the management team for Customer Service, and report to Director of Customer Service Nordic.
Do you want to shape the future? As Floor manager will focus on:
>> Making sure that Customer Service' core value Customer focus always has the highest prioritization throughout operations
>> Setting targets, and follow up on results
>> Coaching team managers and also be a role model in coaching, and close, courageous leadership
>> Communicate Vattenfall?s vision, mission and strategy
>> Managerial tasks such as negotiations/meetings with unions, accounting, salary approval, performance reviews, recruitment, contact with agencies/vendors, etc.
>> Safe guard that the floor continuously delivers on targets
>> Contribute to the development of Customer Service in the Nordic Region.
You have at least a bachelor degree, and no less than five years of experience as a manager/leader. Knowledge of situational leadership is preferable, coaching skills is a must. If you have experience of leading through others that is also a plus. Experience of serving customers is a must, and we would prefer if you have a background within our kind of industry, or within sales.
We are looking for a person who is analytical with high integrity and who is able to include others in the search for excellent results and a culture where customers comes first. To be successful we believe that you are a leader, a task-oriented person, motivated by setting high goals for yourself and your teams. For this job you must also be a people-oriented strong communicator, both Swedish and English skills are required.
