SEPHORA is looking for a Floor Manager
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
SEPHORA is looking for a Floor Manager with Skincare knowledge to our store in Biblioteksgatan, Stockholm. As a Floor Manager, your responsibility is to dispatch the team according to customer flow. You are responsible for managing the stores performance, following up on indicators per hour and relay them to the team. Besides this you are responsible of assuring good coordination between the different activities in the store. While acting as Floor Manager, you are also required to perform as a Beauty Advisor within the area of Skincare, here experience is a requirement. As Floor Manager you are referring directly to the Store Manager.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Qualifications: - You have 3-5 years of sale experience within retail and customer service. - You have great skills within Skincare. - Experience within management and know how to develop your employees and their competencies. - You are passionate about the beauty and fragrance industry. - You are capable of keeping deadlines and experienced in working with performance statistics. - You are proficient in Swedish and English. The above position will provide an interesting and unique opportunity to work within a well-known international retail organization in demanding and giving roles, where you will contribute to the success of the store.
