British Car Import Sweden is a company within Nic. Christiansen Group, and is the Importer of Jaguar Land Rover in Sweden. Jaguar Land Rover is experiencing a large increase in sales and many exciting new products to be launched in 2015 and beyond. Our office in Sweden is located in Malmö and currently consists of 8 employees, with a strong Scandinavian back office function in Kolding, Denmark.

Job description
We are looking for a Fleet Manager to support the Jaguar Land Rover dealer network in Sweden. Your main task will be to start up and build our fleet sales on the Swedish market. You will work close to fleet sales at our dealers, and help them make most out of fleet business in every region. You also have a big responsibility to process, develop and lead the fleet sales offer to major customers on regional as well as national level. Towards the leasing companies you will develop attractive and profitable business deals. Furthermore, you will promote Jaguar Land Rover values to all stakeholders, as a Jaguar Land Rover Brand Ambassador. Your office will be in Malmö and you will travel frequently to all our dealers in Sweden. You will report to our Country Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Implement a Fleet & Business market strategy on the Swedish market
• Update and know the market, and continuously adapt to the market
• Develop leasing and complete offerings that highlight TCO for Fleet and business customers
• Establish contact and develop relationships with leasing companies, fleet customers, dealers etc.
• Shape and manage the sales process to win new customers
• Handle residual values
• Handle bid/processes (e.g. with the authorities)
• Branding within relevant business
• Fulfill scheduled objectives / KPI:s
• Promote Jaguar Land Rover to customers and the market

Qualifications
You have a minimum of 5+ years working experience within fleet management, preferably from the automotive industry. Good understanding and experience of financing, leasing and the principals of creating a good product. You have a relevant academic degree in business, economics, marketing or similar. Experience from bid processes with authorities and larger companies is very meritorious. You have excellent communication and networking skills with an ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally. Your business and social network is well developed and maintained. Excellent negotiation skills and a strong command of English language skills is a must. We strongly believe that you have an enthusiasm for Jaguar Land Rover products and services. You have a willingness to travel frequently.
