We are now hiring a Fleet Manager that will take the operational responsibility.

Essential Responsibilities:

Operational responsibility of specific customer accounts
Together with GE appointed Key Account Manager (Sales), develop and grow the existing relationships
Manage exceptions to policies and mandates with customer accounts
Prepare fleet related information for customer accounts, i.e. Customer internal reporting, update of customer internal fleet website etc.
Daily Process Management
Inventory Management
Manage vehicle inventory together with external provider.
Vehicle order process
Manage the vehicle order process (determining whether inventory vehicle or new vehicle shall be used)
Manage "Avrops-processen", by completing templates and coordinating acceptance from customer internal approvers
Determine if rental vehicle or inventory vehicle shall be used in wait for new car
Manage changes to existing individual contracts and inform customer salary office in regards to existing vehicles
Manage termination process based on customer requirements (reporting to customer internal functions)
Assist customer in deviation controls (cost centres, drivers, etc)
Prepare customer required reports i.e. SHE, insurance etc.
Liaise with customer internal functions and answer specific customer questions from drivers outside Fleet Support scope
Back up in Customer Fleet Management team during absence or when high workload.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 5 year of Fleet management experience in a large company
Effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
Target focused; driving & delivering results
Self-starter, who demonstrates initiative and assertiveness
Experience in leading projects
Flexible work hours due to customer needs

Desired Characteristics:

Preferably analytical background
Excellent excel skills
Good presentation skills
Able to work in a team with AM's
