hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Foodora AB - Göteborg i Göteborg We are now looking for a Fleet Associate to support our Team Leaders, Rider Captains and Riders with daily support in a way that contributes to the company's profitability, efficiency and professionalism. You will train and coach Team Leads regarding their support and communication to their teams and assist in other tasks aiming to achieve great logistics performance like compliance, follow-up or recruitment.
Main Tasks:
Rider Recruitment
Rider Onboarding
Drive Rider Compliance initiatives such as training when needed
Coach Rider Captains and Team Leaders
Be an operational support for Rider Captains and Team Leaders
Who you are:
Result oriented - We believe you have a strong focus on results and are motivated by reaching set goals and continuously aim towards new personal records.
Fearless - You enjoy not knowing what the next day will bring and are not afraid to take on new tasks and situations that might be unfamiliar to you.
Self reliant - You grab new tasks before someone asks you to and you like to work independently and drive your own work forward.
A great relationship builder - You love to create new, and maintain long term relationships.
Requirements:
You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a big plus!
You have previous leadership experience
Start date: As soon as possible.
