FLAGSHIP STORE MANAGER STOCKHOLM
Your mission and goal is to sell, make profit and lead a successful business align with the company strategy, while making sure our customers experience La Vida Es Chula!
Main Responsibilities
• People management: Hiring, developing and detecting Talent
• Product and VM management in your store
• Keeping your store up with Desigual Standards and Brand image
• P&L of your store
• Keep track and optimize your KPIs
• Customer Service
• Marketing within your store, event planning and communication
Requirements
You're the perfect candidate if you have:
• You know and have a passion for retail
• You have already an experience in managing a store for at least 3 years
• You are International! Native or Bilingual in German and English (mandatory- or at least very fluent) Spanish is an asset (as any other languages)
• You are a Leader! You detect talent and develop them, you inspire your teams and lead by example
• You have great analytical skills and can make plans from numbers
• You are a problem solver! You bring people together to make things happen!
