hela Sverige The department is expanding with two new groups and we are searching for a line manager to one of the new groups.
The group PDM Systems is working within Product Development area and focusing on Product Data Management. The group are producing and maintaining applications for our global customers. Our applications are running on various platform and we have many business critical applications in our portfolios.
We are working in a true global environment, deriving solutions for and together with our colleagues and customers all over the world.
Main responsibilities:
• Accountable for quality and cost for all production within the group
• assigned Maintenance assignments
• assigned projects
• HR (recruitments, salary setting, competence development, Personal Business Plan)
• Finance (accountable for budgets and production results)
• Accountable to reach Key Performance indicators and other performance targets
• Accountable for implementing decided
• Tools
• processes and working methods
• structural changes and sourcing decisions
Line Manager general profile:

In this role you will be reporting to the Department Manager and be part of the Department management team.
