The department is expanding with two new groups and we are searching for a line manager to one of the new groups.
The group OtD VLC is working within the Order to Delivery area and focusing on Volvo Logistics system portfolio. We are producing and maintaining applications for our global customers. Our applications are running on different platforms. A major part of the applications in our portfolios are business critical.
We are working in a true global environment, deriving solutions for and together with our colleagues and customers all over the world.
Main responsibilities:
• Accountable for quality and cost for all production within the group
• assigned Maintenance assignments
• assigned projects
• HR (recruitments, salary setting, competence development, Personal Business Plan)
• Finance (accountable for budgets and production results)
• Accountable to reach Key Performance indicators and other performance targets
• Accountable for implementing decided
• Tools
• processes and working methods
• structural changes and sourcing decisions
Line Manager general profile:

In this role you will be reporting to the Department Manager and be part of the Department management team.
