hela Sverige We are looking for a skilled electronic engineer who will develop and maintain FW and SW for embedded systems in Ljungby, Sweden. You will be working in a fast paced environment and play an important role in the future of laundry appliances.
A regular day at work
There is not a day that is just like the other one. You will participate in different global projects and your contributions among other things include:
Support architecture definition (including safety relevant classified SW)
Create and validate FW modules as defined in the control system specification requirements (design/development)
Support definition of project timing by estimating effort and workload: Owner of FW modules development schedule
Proactively participate, drive and support everything from system/subsystem reviews, design/tests to specifications.
Support appropriate testing and evaluation of electronics designs and concepts to meet the specified function/features, quality and cost targets.
Supply all technical input for product literature, labels, technical manuals etc.
Calculations and simulation.
Proactive. You are not just solving the tasks you are given, you always think ahead.
Detail oriented. You believe small things matter.
Good listener and communicator. You will become the spider in the web and work with other Electrolux offices around the world on a daily basis - therefore these attributes are key for making projects run smoothly.
Demonstrate good analytical skills.

Naturally have a process- and target-oriented mindset
Education & Experience
Electronics Engineering- Computer Science
Programming languages: C, C++ proficiency is a must. (including development environments and debuggers)
Significant experience (>2 years) at developing embedded systems, debugging and validation
Ability to work with third party code: understanding, cleaning and reorganizing code
Ability to read schematic and understand basic HW circuitry
Very good knowledge of measurement instruments and tools
Experience with communication protocol architectures
Knowledge and experience with version control and issue tracking systems
Experience with safety critical standards and classified code is highly desirable
Experience with advanced UI design ( e.g. graphic TFT) and Qt a plus
