StudentWork is looking for Finnish speaking customer support with an interest in technical solutions to our customer Teleperformance. You will work in the city of Gothenburg.
Every day you will have the chance to help your customers with various questions regarding Samsung's products. Your working team will work closely together in a stimulating environment. We are looking for someone who wants to take a step into the working life or someone who's looking for new challenges. We will help you find accommodation during your first time in Gothenburg.
Customer support at Teleperformance involves problem solving, service and joy.
Problem solving ? Find solutions and help your customer with their problems and questions regarding Samsung's products. Audio, video and telephones etcetera.
Service - You will daily provide the customer with professional service. You will work close to your nearest supervisor and you will have the opportunity to learn and improve your service skills every day.
Joy - At Teleperformance, it is about having fun at work. A balance of joy, service and professional problem solving gives good results and happy employees.
We are looking for someone who:
• Want to give your customer service of high quality
• Want to be a part of a fun and fast-paced working team
• Want to work with technical problem solving
• Are fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written

Start: 20 February
Salary: Fixed salary + bonus
