hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Specialized Sweden AB i Stockholm Specialized Sweden AB is looking for a bike-loving Market Service & Events Representative to strengthen our Nordic Market Service & Marketing team in our office in Stockholm in Sweden.
The person we are looking for will be primarily responsible for customer communication and relationship building. As market service & events representative, you will furthermore support your fellow team members with various tasks, order entries, allocation, controlling and participating at events and shows.
You also support the Nordic marketing team with the planning, coordination, organization and execution of events and other marketing specific activities.
You provide market feedback, when needed to the Nordic marketing team and spread cycling enthusiasm with absolute fanaticism. As Specialized Sweden AB's team member you are responsible to deliver high quality, brand appropriate, accurate and timely support at all activities in line with Specialized Europe's initiatives.
This (fulltime) position calls for a proactive, sportive team player who has good communication skills, is accurate and has a sale, service & marketing orientated approach.
Key responsibilities and outputs
• Customer oriented communication by telephone and e-mail
• Treating and controlling the incoming orders from reps and customers on daily basis
• Treating the East Nordic Warranty forms sent in by Reps and daily incoming warranty packages
• Providing customers with satisfying solutions for problems
• Returning calls and all emails within 48 hours
• Customer maintenance and relationship building
• Looking for continuous process improvements
• Assisting in rebuild/rework actions and stripping samples and other parts
• Being proactive, creative, resourceful and solution-minded
• Extensive product knowledge and understanding of cycling a huge plus
• Presenting product know-how to retailers in a professional, convincing manner
• Represent the brand at events, indoors and outdoors, including product presentation (e.g. Retail * Event, Specialized Days, Test the Best, Festivals, Launches, Trade and road shows...)
• Support marketing, retail marketing and sales in any marketing initiatives
• Maintain close relationship with retailers to offer best support possible (shop visits, phone, mail, social media, in class).
Key competency Requirements
• Fluent in Swedish & Finnish and an excellent command of English
• Good communication skills and interaction competencies (spoken and written)
• Excellent proactive commercial and customer service skills
• Ideally several years of experience in bicycle retail
• Affinity with cycling (and/or sports)
• Very good knowledge of standard IT programs (e.g. MS-Office with excellent knowledge of Excel) and social media
• Knowledge of Oracle R12 (ERP systems) is an advantage
• Ability to travel and flexible to work at weekend events
• Be able to work with little direct supervision and instruction
• Be responsible and self-motivated
• Successfully manage multiple demanding tasks simultaneously
• Self-assured, ambitious
• Team player dedicated to get the job done
• Hard worker and driven by motivation (winning mentality)
