hela Sverige A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for the position Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative located in our Nordic office in Helsingborg.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, Nordic, the successful candidate will play an important role in the Bard Nordic team. As representative for Customer Service this role works with high service skills, effective and professional attitude. This role requires a positive and outgoing personality with a drive to find solutions. The role is a sales driven role and a key factor to be successful.
This role is based in the Helsingborg office which is the Nordic head office. Working hours are 7.30-15.30 or 8.30-16.30 depending on scheduling, including some Swedish bank holidays due to other Nordic countries' specifics.
ROLE
• Customer service and sale support to ensure the highest quality of effectiveness in sales
• Order processing, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and filled in accordance with customer service procedures and standards, and
within the specific time governed by our own internal service standards
• Query resolution, responding to customer queries in an efficient and timely manner
• A certain product knowledge to be able to answer questions from customers
• Call handling for all Nordic countries
• RGA processing (returned goods)
• Invoice handling and credit handling
• Monitoring Consignment and Sale or Return accounts in line with departmental procedures
• Responding to customer calls relating to orders, including consignment and sale or return, queries, including price, special promotions and general
enquiries
• Correct usage of customer service database JDE
• Be an active part of development procedures and effective changes in the customer service group
• Back order management
• Service and maintenance of capital equipment
• Cover the Support Nordic email correspondence
• Administrate and support the Finnish tender and contract business, which accounts for around 20 % of the work time
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Completion of secondary education is required. Post-secondary education in Administration, Customer Service or related field is considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate will likely have experience in a busy environment in customer service and/or administration.
It is preferable to have gained basic proficiency in IT systems such as MS Office and the ERP system JD Edwards.
