We are looking for several Finnish-speaking technical support agents. The position is full time with placement in Stockholm. The assignment will start very soon and we encourage you to apply today. This is a longterm assignment.
Publiceringsdatum2012-07-25Dina arbetsuppgifterThe technical agent is responsible for handling all technical inbound calls.
Main tasks involve;
• answer inbound technical calls within the time constraints, and quality, as determined by the client.
• investigate problems and provide customers with technical solutions to various problems.
• ensure that knowledge is up to date by doing online training courses.
• educating customers on how to find solutions on the web.
• keep up to date on all necessary technical and business related changes communicated
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Finnish must be fluent in speaking and understanding. English skills must be good. No requirement of knowledge in Swedish.
Technical education is a plus but interest in technology is highly valued. The assignment will start with 17 days of education
Required Skills/qualifications
• excellent customer service and communication
• ability to interpret and understand a variety of instructions provided in written and oral format
• demonstrate telephone skills and to control call direction
• ability to troubleshoot technical issues over the telephone
• demonstrate ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• team player and ability to work under pressure
• willingness to learn new skills and concepts
• attendance and punctuality
