About the Position
In the role as Customer Service Representative Finland, You will be the only one speaking Finnish at the office and therefore responsible for all errands related to the Finnish Customer.
Your main worktasks will be:
• Customer guidance via telephone and e-mail
• After-sales support
• Quotation for special requests
• Order-related problem solving and follow-up
You work primarily in our own developed business system as well as in the Office programs and work normal office hours.
About You
As a Customer Service Representative you are our face outward, so good sense of service and problem solving are A and O. We think that You are a happy person that are stress-resistant and like to work with people.
We want you to:
• communicate accustomed and unobstructed in Finnish and Swedish
• is prestigeless, positive and has easy to learn
• are accurate, thrives on your own responsibility and completes tasks
• has good general computer experience
• And think it is fun to sell
The following may come in handy:
• interest in watches, jewelery and / or other exclusive accessories
