Main areas of responsibility:
The position as a customer service agent is to provide high-quality service to our customers. In the role, you get to handle calls that apply to everything from parcel deliveries, bookings of parcel collection and invoice queries, to complaints and parcel tracking
Qualifications
• You have a background in customer service or similar.
• You have a good knowledge of MS office.
• Multitasking
• You are used to working towards set goals.
• You express yourself well in speech and writing in both Finnish, Swedish and English.
• Experience from the transport industry is an advantage
Information about the position
• The position is full-time with a 40-hour working week.
• Working hours vary between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday according to schedule.
• Collective agreements exist with the Union.
• Start as agreed.
• Customer service reports to customer service Team Leader
