Claims Handler in Stockholm
Our Nordic Claims department work with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department as a Claims Handler for travel claims.
Job description:
As a Claims Handler for travel claims, your main focus is to communicate with customers by telephone and email. You will also be handling travel claims, this means receiving and registering claims, investigate them and pay out compensation. Your main responsibility will be handling of Finnish travel claims. You will take active part in further developing new routines and processes within the travel claims area.
Qualifications:
• Service minded
• Communicative and flexible
• Fluent in Swedish and Finnish
• Very good skills in English
• Accurate in your work
• Good computer skills
As a person, you like to take on responsibility, you are communicative and show multitask capabilities. You enjoy to cooperate with others and working in a team.
