Just Arrived is now looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service agent to work at Mediafy/Lehtikuningas which is an international-nordic newspaper reseller. Your working hours will be between 8.30-17.00 Monday till Friday and the assignment will be at Mediafy's head office in central Stockholm.
What are your main tasks?
Mediafy AB is the Nordic region's leading distributor of newspaper subscriptions on the Internet. They offer over 3,500 newspapers from both Swedish and international publishers through their sales sites. Your work will include receiving incoming calls and emails where you analyze problems and in a fast, committed way solve customers matters, which can be both simple and complicated. You will mainly be handling the finnish customers. You will be part of a happy and driven team that enjoys providing service and meeting customer needs.

We are looking for an independent, stable customer service agent who has a great interest in helping people and facilitating their everyday lives. To thrive in the role, we see that you are service-minded, structured and accurate. You have a good understanding and can adapt to the customer's needs while confidently guiding them to a solution. You also have a good ability to take responsibility and positively tuned to look for solutions.
Required qualifications
Masters Finnish fluently orally and in writing
Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook
Natural interest for technology
Solution-oriented and can see opportunities in all challenges
Realizes the importance of working in a structured and organized way
Meritorious
Good knowledge of swedish, speaking and writing
Previous experience of working as a customer service agent
