We are looking for a highly talented, dynamic and solutions-oriented Sales Coordinator (Sales, Customer Relations, Marketing) to work with us full-time in the Stockholm office, starting January 2015.
As Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for all facets of recruiting (SALES) and preparing 18-26 year olds to travel to the USA as au pairs. You'll manage a network of field staff throughout Finland while reporting to the Sales Manager.
The role will include responsibility for the planning, execution and project management of Cultural Care Au Pair's sales and marketing activities in Finland, including daily routines like incoming calls, admin and CRM calls (telemarketing). As a Sales Coordinator you will also hold information sessions for schools and other institutions and represent the company at fairs/events.
Qualifications:
• Has a university degree or equivalent
• Has a passion for sales and customer service, and has preferably worked with sales previously
• Has excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Is creative, entrepreneurial and proactive with a team spirit, who thrives under high pressure and wants to work in an uncontrolled environment with very few restrictions
• Ideally would have been an au pair or at least lived abroad for some time
• Advanced skills with MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Speaks Finnish and English fluently, preferably also Swedish as you will be located in Stockholm

The position requires a flexible and goal driven "all-rounder" with a strong work ethic, a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude and the drive to grow the Au Pair Program in Finland. We are looking for a person who is energetic, self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, creative but is also able to remain calm in difficult situations.
A successful candidate must be highly organized, able to keep on top of many details and prioritize effectively.
You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as much as creating new sales ideas or finding solutions to problems.
