hela Sverige Samsung is looking for a Finnish speaking Order Administrator for a temporary position due to a parental leave. The timeframe will be as soon as possible and until 20160331. You will work in our SCM & Order team in Kista with consumer electronics products. In this role you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. You will support our customers (retailers and wholesalers) mainly within order handling, price information, delivery information and forecast.
You will be working with:
• Managing the order cycle, processing it in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitoring the order status and weekly sales, communicate any issues to customers and internal stakeholders
• Being responsible of forecast planning, monitoring order- and forecast status
• Coordinating forecast planning made by Sales and synchronize with short term plan and order management
• Being responsible for price control and update in Samsung systems
Suitable background:
• At least 2 years? experience from Order Administration, SCM, Sales Planning or equivalent
• University degree is an advantage
• Knowledge of Enterprise Portal systems, preferably from SAP
• Skilled user of Office package, especially Excel
• Experience from working with EDI is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, Finnish and English
