As a Merchant Support agent you will provide our Finnish merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. Together we will create a long-lasting and close relation to our merchants by giving them world-class service. We always strive to exceed our e-merchants expectations and it is therefore important that you contribute with creative ideas that can improve our processes and thereby Klarna overall. You will work in a team that has high social competence and the ambition to always deliver the best possible service.

We are looking for you who are able to bring positivity and team-spirit to our Merchant Support-team. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by set goals, both individually and in the team, are evident for you. Technical and/or economic experience is a merit for this job. You speak and write Finnish and English fluently and Swedish is a merit. If you are the social and driven person that we seek then you should definitely send us your application today.
