We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Digital Marketing Executive for one of our clients, American Express, located on Södermalm in Stockholm. As Digital Marketing Executive you will be a part of the Marketing Acquisition team and be responsible for and Execute Business to Consumer digital marketing activities for the Finnish market. You will self-propelled lead a strategic work with activities that contribute to increased sales for the business. You will be responsible for budget and sales targets. Tasks included in the role are to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through various digital sales sub-channels. The role also includes cooperation with the advertising agency, media agency and search marketing agency as well as other lines of business within American Express. You will act as a specifier against the agencies and can clearly communicate goals and objectives and comply with company policies. As a Finnish Marketing Executive you will report to the Nordic Digital Acquisition Leader.
You become an employee of Manpower as a consultant and will work on this assignment at American Express. The assignment is full-time and starts in the beginning of January. Possible employment can be considered for the right person
Your profile
You have high customer focus and like to work in teams and have some sort of postsecondary education in Marketing and Communication or equivalent at tertiary level, and a few years of experience from similar work. You are experienced within digital communication. You are fluent in Finnish and English both oral and writing and have preferably good knowledge of Swedish. International contacts and cooperation takes place on a regular basis. You are also well versed in the Finnish market and understand their culture, needs and desires. Your computer skills are very good and you have some understanding how to use different tracking tools and how to analyze the results.
As a person you are very structured, proactive, goal-oriented and prefer planning, processes and deadlines. You can work independent and forward, but under certain directives and templates according to company policy. Furthermore, you see yourself as apt to changes, easy to learn and are comfortable with responsibility and the development in a results-oriented environment. To address the role you are also a good team player and advocate cooperation, exchange of experience and have good communication both oral and writing.
